Mr. Francisco Suárez has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector.

 

Prior to joining us, Francisco Suárez was CFO of Testa Residencial SOCIMI, S.A. since 2017. Between 2013 and 2016, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A., which was then controlled by Merlin Properties. From 2003 to 2013, Mr. Francisco Suárez was the Head of Accounting and Controlling of Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A. under the ownership of Sacyr Vallehermoso. Between 1999 and 2002, Mr. Francisco Suárez assisted the Chief Financial Officer at Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A. and between 1996 and 1999 he worked in the audit department of PwC.

Mr. Francisco Suárez holds a Bachelor of Economics and Business Science from University of Cádiz and a Master Degree on Accounting from Pontifical University of Salamanca.
